Several post-doctoral positions are available at the Institute of Chemical 
Research of Catalonia (ICIQ) in the Henkel  ICIQ Joint Unit. You will work
in a highly dynamic and international team on industrial relevant 
computational studies of reaction mechanisms, mainly in homogeneous 
catalysis. The work will be supervised by Prof. Feliu Maseras.

Henkel, the world market leader in adhesives, sealants and surface 
technologies, is known for innovative chemistry and materials as the 
backbone of its product lines. Henkel products address many important 
markets, such as the automotive and electronics industries as well as 
craftsmen and consumers.

Requirements for the candidate:
Ph.D. degree in chemistry or material sciences.
Experience in computational chemistry with DFT and DFT/MM methods.
Good English communication skills are essential. An open minded, 
self-motivated and result-driven personality is important. First 
experiences in QSPR and polymer chemistry would be considered a plus.

We Offer:
One year contract (option up to 12 month extension). 
Immediate start possible
