We seek outstanding candidates with a PhD in Chemistry or significant experience in a closely related field. The position requires a strong familiarity with a wide range of software tools for computational chemistry and chemistry instruction such as Gaussian, Jaguar, GAMESS, MacroModel, Sybil, and Mathcad. The Computational Chemistry Leader will focus on the use of computers and related technology for research and teaching in chemistry using networked cluster and individual desktops. The position includes direct instruction to researchers and instructors as well as supervision of IT staff associated with this position.
