Applications are invited for a postdoc position in the Filizola Lab (http://www.filizolalab.org) at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, in New York City, USA. We are seeking highly qualified candidates with expertise and a strong publication record in the development and/or application of computational biophysics/chemistry tools. This position will allow participation in a variety of rational drug discovery projects in the lab while receiving training in enhanced sampling algorithms and machine learning approaches, as well as working hand in hand with experimental collaborators. Ideal candidates would have a Ph.D. degree in Physics, Chemistry, Biophysics, Theoretical/Computational Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline, and expertise in molecular modeling, molecular dynamics simulations, free energy techniques, cheminformatics, virtual screening, pharmacophore analysis, and/or lead optimization. They are also expected to have expert programming skills and analytical abilities.
