Is there any program(s) available to translate a file from Discover (cartesian) coordinates to X-ray diffraction form of coordinates

 Can you help me in this kind of problem:
 I have done energy minimizations with
 Discover programs and now I want to
 compare this file (file.car or .cor)
 to those in X-ray diffraction database
 coordinate files  Is it possible?
 And if it is - How?
 I want to compare two files and another
 has to be changed from cartesian
 coordinate form to X-ray form ...?
