Could I compute ORD using Gaussian program?

Dear CClers,
 Would you kindly tell me whethter Gaussian program (98 or 03) compute the
 optical rotatory dispersion spectra directly? If yes, how should I do? I
 only know Gaussian03 can compute the CD spectra.
