 Hi,
              When I am trying to convert "sdf file" with stereoisomers
 into "bdb file" using catDB of catalyst, I am unable to retrieve the
 stereomers. The command is deleting stereoisomers as duplicate structures. Is
 there any other way I can convert the "sdf file" to "bdb
 file" without lose of the stereoisomers? I would be grateful if someone can
 help me in this regard.
