Dear CCL-readers,

We have a cluster that consists of 60 dual processor nodes. We're using PBS
as queueing system, which works fine as long as we consider the cluster as
30 virtual processors (and use mpi to run md on 2,4,6,8 processors). Has
anyone worked out how to configure pbs so you can submit jobs to a single
processor without making the second processor in the node unusable?

Best regards,
Peter
