Dear CCLers,
I have a database of small organic molecules which i visualize by using
mdl ISIS/Base. Also the molecules can be saved as individual molecules
with 3d co-ordinates by exporting as molfile.
But, how can I do it for the whole database of 2,00,000 molecules. Has
anyone converted such a database into individual files of 3d co-ordinates
for each molecule?
I want to dock these molecules with a protein receptor.

With regards,
Gyan.
