I just ate an overpriced pizza in Hollywood and, on the wireless in the Traveloge (the frugal I am) I found out that CCL still runs. So keep your fingers crossed and pray that some storm does not knock the electricity whatever. There is nobody to "push the button". I will be staying in places with Internet access, but I will be busy wasting my time in Zoo's, Disneylands, Universal Studios, etc. and taking "campus tours". The family duties... So if I do not process messages soon enough, I was probably enjoying some ride... Thank you for your understanding... Hi
One could charecterize binding sites of a protein using Insight II or Discovery Studio 1.7 by Accelrys. Check out www.accelrys.com

Hello,

I build up a new homolog but i could not be able to identify or characterize
the binding site of this homolog,

Anyone can suggest me about the free program or software that can be used to
explore the binding site of homologs.

Regards
