Hi Jan,

Alternatively you could consider TOPPRED (http://bioweb.pasteur.fr/seqanal/interfaces/toppred.html), which produce nice plots of TM proteins, although the sequence is not included in the plot.

Best regards,
Mads

Greetings,

I am looking for a program that is able to make snake like plots for protein
sequences of transmembrane proteins.
Is anyone here aware of such programs ?
