Hi,

I need to investigate whether there is the possibility of an  
interaction between the sulphur of a thioether and the ether oxygen of  
an ester.

I can find examples in the literature of interactions between sulphur  
and carbonyls but not ether oxygens, does anyone know of examples,  
what the likely interatomic distance might be and what software is  
parameterized to handle this?
