After getting their diploma and in the best cases they are working as private teacher which means that their research skills will be lost in few months after graduation. I was wondering if there are ways, to submit small bilateral/international projects for talented and brilliant students even with the budget of $ 2-3000, in which it can help them to cover some expenses and it is much better than being unemployed. If you are interested and you can manage such a budget via your research grant or group budget I am ready to discuss these projects and the proposals in more details. Although I know that unemployment is a global problem which has been deteriorated due to Covid-19 pandemics but if you have any suggestions to efficiently instruct our students to be more skilled for their future carrier please reply to this post. I am reachable at: shojaei81__gmail.com Regards, Reza
