Dear netters:
I am looking for freeware or software to desing formulations to
attain emulsions with specific desired properties, in particular droplet
size, viscosity, stability, and so on.

May someone give me some clue? Thanx

Subject: Crambin

Dear Netters,

Does anyone know the functionality of crambin, a protein from Abyssinian
cabbage seed? There seems to be quite a bit of interest in this protein, and
yet I can't seem to find the reason for it due to my ignorance...
Sincerely,
