The organizing committee is pleased to invite you to participate in the XXXV Congress of Theoretical
 Chemists of Latin Expression (QUITEL or CHITEL) to be held on the island of San Andres, Colombia,
 September 18-22, 2009. 

Following its tradition, this congress: 
* Will examine the state of the art of Theoretical Chemistry through plenary lectures delivered 
  by experts in the field. 
* Will provide junior scientists with the opportunity to present their research results through
