On October 22-24, the Department of Chemistry and Center for Advanced Scientific Computing and Modeling at the University of North Texas (UNT) will host the 2010 Southwest Theoretical Chemistry Conference (SWTCC). The meeting traditionally includes oral presentations and posters given predominantly by graduate students and postdoctoral fellows, but also includes a series of faculty/senior scientist lectures. The meeting will be held on the UNT campus in Denton, a suburb of Dallas, Texas. The Dallas-Ft. Worth International Airport (DFW) is located only 25 minutes from Denton, and Dallas Love Field (LUV) is located ~50 minutes from Denton. Relatively low hotel costs ($89/night) and registration costs ($100 for early registration) have been secured. The registration includes the Saturday evening banquet and all other meals.
