Subject: 13.10.07 QUANTUM CHEMICAL TOPOLOGY Symposium, UNAM, Mexico City, Mexico
Advances in QUANTUM CHEMICAL TOPOLOGY Symposium, When: October 7-10, 2013 Where: Mexico City, Mexico Quantum Chemical Topology refers to the study of scalar and vectorial fields to describe chemical structure and reactivity. Some of these fields that are relevant in chemistry are the electron density, its Laplacian, the electron localization function, the Fermi hole density and the source function. All of them provide complementary information to analyze molecular structure and chemical reactivity in general. This symposium will host the presentation and discussion of theoretical and experimental advances in the subject of chemical topology for the explanation and prediction of chemical phenomena.
