Subject: 22.12.12 NHISS2022: THE NEW COLLABORATIVE PLATFORM GOES LIFE
Dear COLLEAGUE, The third conference in the New Horizons in the Scientific Software (NHISS) series will be held on 12 ~ 15 December 2022, on the beautiful island of Jeju, South Korea. (https://www.edison.re.kr/web/nhiss/home) The main theme of the conference is "THE NEW COLLABORATIVE PLATFORM GOES LIFE". As we all know all too well, scientific software has become an invaluable asset to the general science and technology community. During the forthcoming conference there will be an ample opportunity to present new ideas in the realm of scientific computing and to discuss prospects for their collaborative implementation within the scope of the new platform. The conference will be held in the hybrid format combining the online and the offline presentations, which will be streamed online for free. You may join the streams by registering at https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_1DBzBZQfQfOENd9Nd66kwA. Limited presentation slots are available, please send us your title of talk ASAP. The primary focus will be on computational chemistry algorithms and software for modeling chemical dynamics and chemical structure, catalysis, excited electronic states, relativistic effects, and spectroscopy. However, the contributions from all branches of computational science - physics, solid state theory, machine learning, etc.- are cordially welcome. As a token of appreciation, the conference fee of the attendees will be covered. I am looking forward to welcoming you to the Conference!
