RasMol Scripting: Putting it Together
- To highlight a group of atoms, give the rest of the structure a ‘background’ appearance and then enhance selected portion
- Example: highlight all nitrogens
- select *; wireframe on; spacefill off; color atoms gray; select elemno=7; color atoms green; spacefill on
