As of a few months ago, the next WATOC meeting is scheduled for
July 18-24, 1993, in Toyohashi, Japan.

The general secretary for the meeting is E. Osawa, and the E-mail
address given is 'osawa ":at:" cochem.tutkie.tut.ac.jp.BITNET', which 
I suspect should be just 'osawa(+ at +)cochem.tutkie.tut.ac.jp'.
