    Dear All,



    I have just recieved the QCPE 606 version of AMSOL/AMPAC 2.1,
    and on trying to compile it have found a requirement for 
    subroutines such as SCATTER().

    I assume that this is because this version of AMPAC is specific
    to the Cray/UNICOS.

    Has anyone ported AMSOL to generic Unix (we use Irix, SGI's),
    preferably available by ftp :-)

    ... before I commit myself to some serious bodging ...???
