control panel to XWindows

 Deaar CCL,
 I have a problem with the use of XWindows in my Macintosh, and what I
 have detected is the absence of the control panel "sharing setup".
 Does
 anyone know where can I download it? Or does anyone who already have it
 could send it to me? I would become very grateful.
