How can i use MullPop for G03 files?

Dear CCLer's:
 I download the MullPop written by professor Reinaldo Pis Diez. But it
 can't work for Gaussian 03 output files.
 Can you give me some advise on how to modify the source file in order
 to use it for the G03 output files?
