We have studies chemisorption on Cu(110) surfaces and diamond(100).
We tested SAM1 from Semichem. These could also be used in 3D solids.

I would exceedingly appreciate if someone were as kind
as to direct me to software that is capable studying
the properties of solids (crystals, slabs...ext) using
semiempirical methods( one of ZDO methods= INDO,
CNDO..)
