 	It turns out that while the original RING program QCPE288 is no
 longer available thru QCPE, a Fortran77 "PC" version (?) is available
 under another entry number, QCMP110.  I was confused by the way QCPE
 lists items in their catalog, and the lack of cross referencing.
 	It's a real shame that a lot of this code isn't available as
 open source at this point; one needs a credit card, etc. for this
 download.
