 When you convert a periodic structure to a non periodic structure is it
 necessary to add hydrogen atoms to the structure? if yes, consider GaAs[001]
 surface, Do I need to add hydrogen atoms to Ga or As? if yes how many atoms? Is
 there any rule for it?
