             I am facing a problem in geometry optimization (#BPW91/6-31G(d)
 OPT=Z-MATRIX) of CH3N+H3  -OOCCH3 molecule with this error,
 Optimization stopped.

 I have also tried the keyword opt(MaxCyc=N) but ended with the same error and
 don't know how could I overcome this problem.
 Any suggestion or comments in this regard would highly be appreciated.
