I would recommend that you do a video capture using this free video capturing
program from Microsoft called Windows Media Encoder 9 Series:
 http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=5691ba02-e496-465a-bba9-b2f1182cdf24&displaylang=en
The advantage of this software is that you wont run into 3rd party software
incompatibilities (if any) when using PowerPoint and you can use your favourite
computational viewer/builder to animate the motion. There are various levels of
video (and audio) quality that you can use when performing a video capture. Then
just import the movie into PPT as *.wmv (a native windows format). You can also
'square-in' the portion of the screen that you want to capture with the crop
like tool in this program or select the entire window from a list.
 Thanks,
 Anthony
