CCL:G: Translation vector constructing Free Software available??

Dear all

For polymers we have to take monomer unit and construct Translation vector, which has to be given in the input file. With Gaussian view its possible to construct this translation vector. I don't have access to Gaussian View.

Is there any other software which can allow to construct Translation Vector. I am looking for free ware which can help me in constructing Translation vector for Gaussian input.
