Dear CCL users, I am interested in overview of tools which may be used to create chemical diversity libraries something in a way like it described here:

just curious about free software for academics or maybe open source software which can help to create diversity sets from big chemical libraries. For example to create 50 000 -100 000 diversity library from PubChem analysis.
