ChemDoodle is a very nice program (http://chemdoodle.com) that supports Linux and Mac, as well
as Windows. It does most of what ChemDraw does and quite a few things it
doesn't. Go to their website and check out some of the videos and download the
free trial. There's also an iOS app, if you're into that sort of thing.
