CCL: remote computational chemistry computer access

 Hello everyone, 
I am not a computer geek, but I have a decent desktop
 computer running couple of computational chemistry calculations. The computer
 has ubuntu installed. I will be away from my office couple of weeks and I wish I
 could keep doing my calculations while I am away. can anyone recommend me a good
 way to have remote access to my computer in order for me to keep submitting my
 calculations? could be free or paid software, I just want to be able to acess
 the computer, check on the calculation, and submit new ones if necessary. I
 would say that graphical access would be nice, but not necessary, I guess.
