CCL:G: about CIS error

 I have CIS error messages..
 I'm a beginner to using gaussian09
 First, I calculated grounded state opt by using B3LYP/6-31g&.
 after then, I worte standard orientation from grounded state opt in input
 file.Error message is like this during the calculation.
 I need your advice.
