CCL: Some bad news ahead for CCL

 I had another idea while reading the HN thread: what about trying to hop
 CCL over into an existing university-based email list/forum system? For
 example, I subscribed to Syracuse University's PLASMACHEM list (
 https://listserv.syr.edu/scripts/wa.exe?A0=plasmachem-l --
 registration
 required to view, unfortunately) for a while, when we had an ICP-OES onsite
 at work. It was possible to configure a subscription to that list to send
 each post to me as a separate email.
 It might avoid some of the problems of global access posed by, e.g., Google
 Groups?
