In this directory you will the routines comprising the integrater
lsoda.

Compile and place in a library called libq.a On a BSD 4.3 unix
system (or similar) 
	make libq.a
Other make options will make and run an example program (see the
makefile). MOVE the library (libq.a) to ~/libs/ (see the makefiles)
BY HAND.
