Checking out your configuration

Run /etc/init.d/tomcat restart, and if you are still using /etc/apache/mod_jk/tomcat-auto then wait a few seconds, before running /etc/init.d/apache reload.

Try to access http://localhost/tomcat-examples/ and check out the servlets/ directory and the examples there. If it works, great, if not, check your configuration.
