This choice was not made by accident as the core topics of WSC-5 is Process Analytical Technology for Environmental Protection. Conference language is English. All papers presented at the WSC-5 Symposium will be considered for publication in the Chemometrics and Intelligent Laboratory Systems after the usual process of peer review. The Scientific Committee intend to edit a Special Issue of this journal in case of the authorization of the Editorial Board. Samara is reachable by scheduled planes from Moscow, Prague and Frankfurt on Main (see more details in Venue, please). Introductory 2-days school on chemometrics will be held immediately before the Symposium in Samara State Technical University. School language is Russian. All participants will receive Camo's book "Multivariate Data Analysis in Practice", written by Kim Esbensen in short translation edited by Oxana Ye.
