The aim of the meeting is to gather together experimentalists interested in modelling and simulation with theoretical chemists who have an interest in "real chemistry" world. The meeting will represent an occasion to bring together junior and senior researchers. There will be 7 plenary lectures and around 20 oral contributions selected from the participants.
