If you wish further information or to join the QSCP-XIII e-mail list,
please consult the web site: www.chemistry.msu.edu/qscp13. You may
also write to: qscp13-.-chemistry.msu.edu. The "I'm interested" link
on the QSCP-XIII web site will enable you to express the level of your
interest and join the e-mail list. Links under construction,
particularly those that deal with formal registration, will be updated
in January and early February 2008.

Message from the Organizers:

Dear Colleague,

This Workshop, like the previous twelve meetings in the QSCP series,
will bring together chemists and physicists interested in quantum
systems in molecular, nano and material sciences. The emphasis will be
on many-body methods, innovative theory, computational realization,
and applications. The Workshop will include sessions on:
* Concepts and New Methods in Quantum Chemistry
* Molecular Structure and Spectroscopy
* Atoms and Molecules in Strong Electric and Magnetic Fields
* Condensed Matter; Complexes and Clusters; Surfaces and Interfaces
* Molecular and Nano-Materials and Electronics
* Reactive Collisions and Chemical Reactions
* Computational Chemistry, Physics and Biology
As usual, it is planned to publish the Proceedings of the Workshop.

------

The Workshop will be hosted by the Department of Chemistry
(www.chemistry.msu.edu) at Michigan State University (www.msu.edu).
The dates of the Workshop have been set at July 6-12, 2008. Please mark
your calendars. Michigan State University is located in East Lansing,
Michigan, USA. Information about the State of Michigan is available at

ICTCP-IV Congress at Marly-le-Roi (France), there will be a CEREMONY
OF AWARD of the Promising Scientist Prize of CMOA at the Banquet
Dinner of the QSCP-XIII workshop. If you wish to APPLY or NOMINATE
someone then please consult the web site: www.lcpmr.upmc.fr/prize.html,
