Dear colleagues,

We would like to invite you to participate in the Current Trends in 
Theoretical Chemistry VI (CTTC VI) Conference. The conference will take 
place in Krakow (Poland). It is scheduled for 1-5 September 2013. 

The CTTC-VI conference will gather invited and keynote lectures. It will 
also provide the opportunity to other participants to present and discuss 
their works in oral and poster contributions.

TOPICS:
CTTC VI will cover various aspects of theoretical chemistry from basic 
theory and methodological developments to applications. The following 
topics will be addressed at the conference:

- Electron Correlation 
- Density Functional Theory (DFT) 
- Time-dependent DFT 
- Low order scaling SCF methods 
- Molecular response properties 
- Molecular dynamics 
- Modeling catalytic processes 
- Modeling biological systems

VENUE:
Kraków (present population of about 750 000 inhabitants) has a long 
historical tradition of culture and science. Its old centre is on the 
UNESCO List of World Heritage. Resplendent with historical monuments, 
it offers a unique atmosphere both for regular sight-seeing and for 
leisurely strolls. Krakow is one of the top tourist attraction in Europe. 
More than 2 millions foreign tourists and 5 million domestic tourists 
visit Krakow every year.  The Tatra Mountains and The Salt Mine in 
Wieliczka are other places in the region that would be worth visiting. 
All these tourist attractions make Kraków one of the favourite 
destinations in Europe. 
The Jagiellonian University, founded in 1364, is the oldest one in 
this part of Europe (Nicolas Copernicus was one of its students). 
Its ancient buildings, dating back to the 14th century, accommodate 
the University Museum. The conference site will be the Faculty of 
Chemistry building, Ingardena 3
