Preregistration is now open for the 10th Congress of the International Society of 
Theoretical Chemical Physics (ISTCP). The meeting will feature around 200 invited 
lectures and contributed talks. There will also be two poster sessions.

The congress will be organised in Tromso, Norway, in July 11-17 2019 by the Hylleraas 
Centre for Quantum Molecules Sciences (http://www.hylleraas.no). Tromso is located 
at 70 degrees north and is host to the world's northernmost university (http://uit.no). 
The conference will take place in the midnight sun period, and the sun will thus never
set during the conference.

The congress will be an opportunity to experience latest scientific advances in the 
broad field of theoretical chemical physics, in a unique location that will stimulate 
scientific discussions and exchanges into the late hours of the night. Topics that will be
covered in thematic sessions are:

- From picoseconds to attoseconds: nuclear and electron dynamics
