Polish Bioinformatics Society (Polskie Towarzystwo Bioinformatyczne / PTBI)
and Faculty of Physics, Astronomy and Informatics, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun
welcome you to the 25th annual conference "BioInformatics in Torun - BIT25".
The conference will be held in Torun - the charming medieval Hanseatic town in central Poland.
We plan to hold this meeting in a personal mode, but some lectures will be streamed on the web.

This year, BIT25 has a leitmotif "Biophysics invites Bioinformatics" and will be devoted mainly, but not exclusively, to:

    Biophysics based studies of biomolecules
Applications of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning both in biophysics and bioinformatics
Impact of AlphaFolds on the future
    Role of lipids in bioprocesses
    Genes analysis and -omics
    Bionanotechnologies
    New algorithms and methods

The conference will start after lunch on June 25 (Wednesday) and will end around lunchtime on June 28 (Saturday).
On Saturday, hands-on workshops in biophysics/bioinformatics are planned.
