J. Keith Harmon, ECLIPS, 1224 Kinnear Rd, Columbus, OH 43212. Without a doubt, the Internet is a tool that has revolutionized the way that people communicate, disseminate, and locate information. We can send and receive messages, documents, and images to and from virtually anyone in the world. In essence, the Internet magnifies what we can do with information. Yet it does more than magnify the positive aspects of manipulating information, it also magnifies the problems.
